This Refunds/Cancellations policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunding or canceling products, services, or subscriptions provided by CMs Collection. We strive to provide excellent customer satisfaction, and this policy aims to ensure fair and consistent treatment for all our customers.

c. Refund Approval: Once the refund eligibility is confirmed, we will initiate the refund. The refund will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
d. Refund Timeframe: The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution. We will make every effort to process refunds promptly.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain products or services may be deemed non-refundable. These may include:
Customized or Personalized Items: Products that have been customized or personalized according to the customer’s specifications may not be eligible for a refund.
Order Cancellation
a. Cancellation Requests: Customers who wish to cancel an order must contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate cancellations before the order is processed or shipped.
b. Cancellation Timeframe: Order cancellations may not be possible after the product or service has been dispatched or delivered. In such cases, customers may refer to our Refunds Policy (Section 2) for applicable procedures.
In certain exceptional cases, we may consider offering refunds or cancellations outside the scope of this policy. Such decisions will be made at the discretion of CMs Collection and will not set a precedent for future cases.
